VIRTUAL MEETING AGREEMENT
This Virtual Meeting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Hook Digital LLC, doing business as Forward Facing Fishing (“Company”), and the undersigned or purchasing client (“Client”).
By purchasing and participating in a Virtual Meeting, Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
The company provides virtual, instructional, and consulting services only, which may include, but are not limited to:

Forward-facing sonar education
-
Marine electronics configuration guidance
-
Sonar interpretation techniques and best practices
-
General bass fishing education, strategies, and concepts
Discussion of bass behavior, seasonal patterns, lure selection, and presentation theory
Review of Client-provided screenshots, video recordings, or live screen sharing
All services are educational and informational in nature only and do not constitute professional guiding services, engineering services, mechanical services, installation services, or guarantees of fishing success.
2. No Physical Control, Guiding, or Installation
Client acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company does not physically inspect, install, modify, repair, or operate any equipment or vessels

The Company does not provide on-water guiding, navigation, or hands-on instruction
-
Client retains full control and responsibility for all fishing, boating, and equipment-related activities
Client is solely responsible for:

Equipment installation and configuration
-
Vessel operation and navigation
-
The proper, safe, and lawful handling and use of all fishing rods, reels, lines, hooks, lures, and related fishing equipment at all times

Safe use of all electronics and gear
-
Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
3. No Guarantee of Results
Client understands and agrees that:

Fishing success is inherently uncertain and not guaranteed
-
Bass fishing outcomes vary based on environmental conditions, weather, water clarity, fish behavior, equipment, and individual execution
-
Advice related to bass fishing strategy, lure selection, or sonar interpretation is based on general principles and personal experience, not certainty
-
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding results, catch rates, fish size, performance, or outcomes.
4. Assumption of Risk
Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:

Implementing fishing strategies or advice discussed during the Virtual Meeting
-
Use of marine electronics, fishing equipment, and tackle
-
Fishing activities and vessel operation
-
On-water decisions influenced by educational instruction or discussion
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Company, its owners, members, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to:

Fishing activities or techniques discussed
-
Use or misuse of equipment or tackle
-
Implementation of advice or instruction
-
Equipment malfunction or failure
-
Property damage, personal injury, or death
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Company’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by Client for the applicable Virtual Meeting giving rise to the claim.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding equipment, experience level, and goals
-
Ensure reliable internet access and screen-sharing capability
-
Follow all manufacturer safety, installation, and usage guidelines
-
Exercise independent judgment when applying fishing or electronics-related advice
-
Retain full responsibility for all decisions regarding fishing methods, equipment use, and vessel operation
8. Recording & Confidentiality
Virtual Meetings may be recorded for internal training, quality assurance, or documentation purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Client information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be publicly disclosed without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by the Company’s booking terms in effect at the time of purchase. Below is the Company’s Virtual Meeting Cancellation Policy:
“Clients may cancel their scheduled meeting up to 1 hour before the meeting starts. If cancelled with less than an hour's notice of the scheduled meeting time, the Client will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.”
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding Virtual Meeting services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, representations, or agreements.
12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By purchasing and participating in a Forward Facing Fishing Virtual Meeting, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
13. Electronic Acceptance & Click-Wrap Agreement
By selecting the checkbox labeled “I Agree”, clicking “Purchase,” “Book Now,” or similar confirmation, and/or participating in a Forward Facing Fishing Virtual Meeting, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

Client has read and understood this Agreement in its entirety

Client voluntarily accepts all terms and conditions contained herein

Client agrees that this Agreement is legally binding, whether signed physically or electronically
-
Client consents to the use of electronic records and electronic acceptance in place of a handwritten signature
-
Client further agrees that checking the “I Agree” box constitutes the legal equivalent of Client’s handwritten signature.
